Overview

We were appointed to design, procure and install the full FF&E package for Farnborough School. Our original contract covered the design element for Carillion PLC and during this process the decision was made to construct the building using a modular system. This brought a unique challenge and our design team had to work closely with the modular build contractor to coordinate the furniture layouts with the modular build parameters.

During the design stage a bespoke teaching wall was designed to meet the clients storage requirements. The teaching wall incorporates a number of filing cabinets and tall storage units with additional panels to provide a neat solution to support the interactive whiteboard and house the services distribution. Throughout the school the doors are colour coordinated with the pupil seating to create a vibrant and modern look.
